I made a mistake in the order I just placed, can I change/cancel my order?
Orders are automatically processed for print as soon as an order is placed. Since we create custom products, our official policy does not allow for changes or cancellations once an order has begun production. We do try to make exceptions when possible, if we are able to manually catch and remove the order from the print queue before printing. This is not always possible, but we are happy to try for you. If you have placed an order over the holiday break and are hoping to change or cancel the order please send us an email with the subject line including the word CHANGE or CANCEL and your order number. We will do our best to help you with this. Please keep in mind, however, it is not always possible with these custom items.
