How is my order shipped?

As soon as your order is done, it is securely packaged up in our special time-tested, super tough packaging to ensure that your prints arrive at your door in perfect condition. Once packaged, the shipping label will be produced and an automatic shipping notification email will be sent to the email address you have on file. This shipping notification email will contain a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please note that once the label is created, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to accurately reflect in the system. Once the tracking is updated with a pick-up scan by the courier, the estimated delivery date will be accurate. We ship nearly all items using FedEx and Purolator. Certain smaller items are shipped using Canada Post. 

All of our packages have authorized release on them, so they do not require a signature for delivery. This is handy if you work during the day, or are not at home to receive your package. At the delivery driver's discretion, the package can be left at your door, provided they feel it safe to do so. We do insure all of our packages as well, so you can rest assured that in the very rare event anything goes wrong, we can help you get it sorted. Less than 1% of all the packages we ship have any issues with shipping or delivery.
