Canvas Production & ShippingUpdated 3 years ago

As soon as your order for your Canvas Print is submitted, the image is immediately transferred to our print server. The image is then entered into the print queue, nested and sent to print! The nested images are all printed in a large print run on our roll-based HP print system.

Once all of the nested images are printed and the canvas roll is filled, the run is sent to our cutting team. Each print is individually trimmed and prepared for stretching.

The trimmed Canvas Prints are then sent to our stretching team. Stretcher-frames are hand-made for each print, and each canvas is expertly stretched to perfection. Once stretched, Canvas Prints are finished with the saw-tooth hanger for wall-mounting, or a Canvas Floater Frame (if selected).

Canvases with the option of a Canvas Floater Frame are carefully fitted in the solid wood frame and securely brad-nailed in place.

Once complete, Canvas Prints are then carefully packaged for shipping, wrapped in cushioned poly-wrap, so they will not be scuffed or scratched. Packaged prints are then shipped, or safely stored if additional products in the order are still to be completed.

From start to finish, this process takes an average 3-5 business days to complete. Depending on where your image falls in the queue and the volume of orders in the system, the time frame can go up or down. All of our production times are averages. It is possible that production times will occasionally fall outside of the posted range.
