When you hit 'Submit' on your order of custom prints, our super-efficient system processes the order immediately and puts your images into the print queue. Our printers are running all the time, so things most often get printed very quickly. Because we produce custom made-to-order items, once an order is submitted and begun the print process, it is not possible to make changes or cancellations.

In very rare cases, our team might be able to catch something if we are contacted soon enough. Please keep in mind, however, this is not the norm. Even if we are contacted right away, it is not usually possible to pull an order before it prints. We are happy to try and do our best to accommodate your situation, but our resources do not allow for items to be changed or cancelled once they have been printed.
