If you are having difficulty logging in to your account, there are a couple of things that may be the cause.
One reason you might not be able to log in is that you do not yet have an account set up. If you've already placed an order before, it could be that the order was submitted as a guest. If that is the case, you can go ahead and set up and account! The account will draw up your prior order history from the same email address.
If you forgot your account password, please use the password reset button on the login page using the email address we have for your account. If you are unable to remember which email you used for your Posterjack Account, you can check your email records for any order confirmation emails sent to you. The email address you received those notification emails from Posterjack on is likely your account email.
