As soon as your order for your order for a Mug, Card, or Calendar is submitted, the project is immediately transferred to the print server. The project is then entered into the print queue and sent to print! 

Once printed, products are sorted by order and packaged. Packaged prints are shipped right away by Canada Post.

From start to finish, this process takes an average 2-4 business days for Cards and Mugs and 3-5 business days for Calendars. Depending on where your project falls in the queue and the volume of orders in the system, the time frame can go up or down. All of our production times are averages. It is possible that production times will occasionally fall outside of the posted range.
