PO Box ShippingUpdated 2 years ago

The majority of our packages are shipped using FedEx and Purolator. As parcel couriers, they do not have access to the national postal service networks. With that, most PO box deliveries cannot be accommodated.

The only exception to this limitation is for rural addresses. In more remote areas where FedEx and Purolator routes do not reach, the package will be handed off to a local agent to make the final delivery. In most cases, this local agent will be Canada Post, and will be able to deliver to the rural PO box. In these cases, the best thing to do in check out is to include you physical home address, and your PO Box number. That way, all bases are covered!
