Rural & Remote ShippingUpdated 2 years ago
Shipping to locations that are in an extended service area will be charged real-time rates. Due to the high cost to perform such deliveries, rural and remote destinations are not eligible for free or flat rate shipping.
Rural and remote locations will most often be distinguishable by the postal code. If the postal code contains a 0 as the second character, it is likely an extended service area. This policy also applies to all locations in the Territories.
To avoid such costs, we can suggest the alternative of having the package shipped to a friend or family member that lives in a more central area. This can often be the trick to being able to take advantage of free or flat rate shipping. Simply enter the other address in check-out, and if it is within the standard service area, the standard shipping rate of $9.99 (or free shipping for order over $150) will display.
