Unfortunately due to the Canada Post strike, the couriers (Fedex, Purolator, GLS, UPS) are experiencing more delivery issues than normal. The additional volume of packages they have accepted is leading to these challenges. Contacting the couriers customer service regarding lost or delayed packages is taking longer than normal. We apologize for any packages that we have shipped that are not delivered by the expected timelines.
If your package is delayed, you can contact the shipping company directly to open a ticket and a trace using the tracking code we provided you. You are also welcome to contact us about any delivery issues, but we do not have any additional information and will have to follow the same process to contact the couriers to open a trace, potentially delaying the process.
During the Canada Post strike have continued to ship orders through a range of couriers such as Fedex, GLS, UPS, & Purolator. If Canada Post returns to normal operations, we will monitor and resume shipping with them for select orders. At this point we can not ship to PO Boxes, please ensure your physical address is listed so that the courier can deliver the package directly to you.
