We always want you to be happy with your perfect prints and we always do our best to make that happen for you! With that said, we are still human and in rare cases it is possible for mistakes to occur. In such an event, we are always happy to help solve the issue. Send us an email or a message through our chat tool with a description of the trouble, and a photo of the problem (if applicable) and we will work on getting things sorted out!
If you have an issue, please get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving your package. It is much better if we can deal with issues quickly while they are fresh. All of our products are guaranteed for one year against defects.
