We always want you to be happy with your perfect prints and we always do our best to make that happen for you! We are still human, though! In very rare cases it is possible for mistakes to occur. In such an event, we are always happy to help solve the issue. Just shoot us a quick email with a description of the trouble, and a photo of the problem (if applicable) and we will work on getting things sorted out!
If you have an issue, within 15 days of receiving your package, you can get in touch with our customer service team with any issues, comments, or questions and we'll gladly fix the situation. All of our products are guaranteed for one year against defects.
