If you are having difficulty logging in to your account, there are a couple of things that may be the cause.
One reason you might not be able to log in is that you do not yet have an account set up. If you've already placed an order before, it could be that the order was submitted as a guest. If that is the case, you can go ahead and set up and account! The account will draw up your prior order history from the same email address.
The other reason that you might not be able to log into your account is if your account was set up prior to our new website launch back in September 2018. Our switch over to the new platform requires the activation of existing customer accounts for the order history to be transferred and accessible. An account activation email would have been sent to you for this switch at the time. If you missed this, you are welcome to email us and we can resend the account activation email to you to activate your account.
