Please expect delays. Given the current pandemic, we are taking all necessary precautions to create and ship your order as safely and efficiently as possible. Your patience is appreciated while we fill all orders. 

We want to assure you of our continued commitment to the safety and well-being of both our customers and our employees during this uncertain time. Our manufacturing facility is remaining operational with reduced staff along with heightened safety and sanitation measures in place to protect both you and our team. 

At this time, our customer service agents are happy to continue to offer you service remotely, and will speak with our staff on-site to provide timely updates and answers to questions regarding orders. At our facility, we have instituted rigid practices of social distancing, frequent hand-washing, and workstation disinfection at regular intervals. We are ensuring that all of our team members are safe, and that the prints they are creating for you are safe as well. 

As well, in receiving your orders, it is possible to take advantage of a no-contact-delivery. Our packages do not require a signature, and can be left at the door by FedEx. We have also been informed that FedEx and its employees are carefully following all current guidelines to maintain safety.
